Returns & Exchanges
The team at Limeberry Artisan Soaps have the customer at heart. We care about our products, the ingredients we use, the environment, packaging and especially our customer user experience.
We’ve created a FAQ section on our site to help our customers. The FAQ page will be updated as and when we get additional questions which are relevant to all our shoppers. If you need to know something that is not present on our FAQ page, please email or message via our social media channels your question, it may be added.
What happens if my product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged or is not satisfactory then please contact us via our normal contact channels.
Please have your order details ready before you get in contact so we can trace your order and review accordingly. We may ask you to return the product so we can review the issue and make a decision to replace the product.
How and when will I be refunded?
You will be refunded upon the safe return of the unwanted products, provided the seal is not broken on the packaging
Shipping & Delivery
Limeberry try to pack and ship each order created on the day of purchase before 2pm. We utilise Royal Mail to ship our orders with all soaps packaged in eco packaging that is fully recyclable. Including cardboard soap boxes, paper labels and metal tins (Which can be reused).
Customers can select track 24/48 depending on order urgency, so please add your email and phone number when checking out so tracking information can be sent to you. We also offer FREE shipping when spending over £50. If you have any further questions about our shipping\delivery then please contact us.
How do I track my order?
What packaging will my order come in? Is it sustainable?
All our packaging is 100% eco friendly and recyclable.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We utilise Royal Mail for all shipments Track 24\48, so orders should arrive between the selected shipping times. Please check your tracking information on your order via your account page.
Please note that once your order ships it becomes the responsibility of Royal Mail to deliver it, we do not have any control if your order is delivered late. Please do not leave negetive feedback on our site if your order is late due to Royal Mail’s incompetence. We will always do all we can to make sure you’re happy with your customer experience inc lost in post orders.
